We help you search, compare and select property and connect you with owners, developers and agents. We are not a party to any sale or lease contract concluded between you and a third party.
3. Accuracy of listings
Listings come from third parties. We do not warrant availability, condition or title. Verify all details before contracting.
4. User responsibilities
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. Do not misuse the service, submit false enquiries, scrape content or infringe third-party rights.
5. Fees and commissions
Browsing and standard enquiries are free. Any brokerage, selection or reservation fee or commission — amount, currency and payment timing — is disclosed to you in writing before you commit to a chargeable service, together with its total price, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
6. Advertising
Commercial content is identifiable as advertising and must not be misleading; property and service claims are substantiated by the publishing party under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'.
7. Personal data
Personal data and cookies are processed on a lawful basis, with prior informed consent where consent is relied on, and are described in our Privacy Policy, per Law of Ukraine No. 3929-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss or for acts of third-party owners, developers or agents. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
9. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@jelvoxa.com; we reply within 10 business days. You may apply to consumer-protection authorities or to a court under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. Ukrainian law applies.
